Pre Sale Questions

We offer premium, customized craft dolls made with high-quality materials and advanced technology, emphasizing artistic aesthetics and personalized design. Our products are designed for customers who value quality and privacy, suitable for collectors, artistic displays, or personal needs.

We provide extensive customization options, including but not limited to facial features, body proportions, skin tone, hairstyles, and clothing. You can create your unique doll via our online customization platform or by contacting our customer service team. The customization process typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on complexity.

We prioritize your privacy. All orders are shipped in unmarked packaging with no company logos or product descriptions. Order data is processed through encrypted systems, and payment information is securely stored. We guarantee that no customer information will be shared with third parties.

  • Packaging: All products are shipped in neutral, unmarked packaging to ensure privacy. Packages are sturdy to guarantee safe delivery.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated based on destination and shipping method, displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping Time: Standard shipping uses sea transport and typically takes 30 business days. Expedited shipping uses air transport and typically takes 15 business days.

International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility (referencing your March 29 cross-border e-commerce needs).
