7-Day Return Policy


At PickMyDoll, we’re committed to delivering premium quality dolls and making sure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. To give you peace of mind, we offer a 7-day return policy. If you receive your doll and decide it’s not right for you, you may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery.



Conditions for 7-Day Returns
 1. Return window – You must submit your return request within 7 calendar days from the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
 2. Fees – A 20% handling fee will apply to order, in addition to both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.
 3. Unopened packaging – Returns are only accepted if the doll remains unopened, unused, and in brand-new condition.
 • If you need to check the doll, you may carefully open the outer box but must not remove the doll from its protective internal packaging.
 • The protective covers for hands and feet must remain intact to prevent scratches or damage.
 4. Packaging condition – Both the outer box and all internal packaging must be complete and undamaged. Products that do not meet resale requirements cannot be returned.
 5. Return proof – You’ll need to provide a clear video showing:
 • the full outer box,
 • the original shipping label, and
 • the interior of the box (if opened).
This video helps our team verify the condition of the return.
 6. Accessories – All included items (such as heating rod, wigs, clothing, comb, cleaning tools, manual, etc.) must be returned in original, unused condition. Our team will inspect everything upon return. If the doll or accessories show signs of use, damage, or contamination, the return will be rejected.
 7. Packaging for return shipping – Please use a sturdy, undamaged box when sending the doll back. If the box is damaged during shipping and the doll cannot be resold, we cannot issue a refund.
 8. Eligibility – This 7-day return policy applies only to orders shipped from our local warehouses (US, UK, EU, CA) and delivered to:
 • United States, Canada, UK, EU countries, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Israel, Australia, South Korea, and Japan.
Note: Custom orders, factory-direct orders, and deliveries to other countries are not eligible for return.
 9. Important reminder – If you no longer wish to keep your doll, please contact our customer service immediately and do not damage the product, as this will affect your return eligibility.



How to Apply for a Return
 1. Contact our customer service within 7 days and provide photos/videos of the product and packaging for inspection.
 2. Once approved, return the doll to the nearest PickMyDoll local warehouse. Please note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted, and you are responsible for shipping costs.
 3. Share the tracking number with us after sending the parcel.
 4. Once we receive and verify the returned item, we’ll process your refund promptly.
