6. Post-Use Cleaning: After each use, rinse the body with warm water for 2–3 minutes. Use a vaginal irrigator (douche) for internal cleaning. Pat dry thoroughly with a soft towel and allow the doll to air dry fully before storing.

3. Delivery Time: In the U.S. warehouse: 3–6 business days from the time a customer places an order to when they receive the shipment. Custom dolls: Standard shipping (by sea) takes ~30 business days; expedited shipping (by air) takes ~15 business days. Delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
4. Customs and Duties: For the U.S., UK, and EU: customs fees are typically included in shipping—no extra charges. For Mexico, Canada, or non-EU Europe: customers handle customs and taxes themselves. For remote regions (e.g., Ecuador, Brazil): a prepaid deposit of $300–$500 may be required before shipping. Contact us to confirm if your location qualifies. 5. Order Tracking: Packages from our U.S. warehouse ship via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once shipped. For shipments from China, tracking is available only after arrival at the international hub due to bulk container transport.
6. Check Your Package Carefully: Please inspect the contents upon delivery. Even if the box appears undamaged, open it to ensure items are intact.
