1. Cleaning After Arrival: After receiving the doll, clean it thoroughly. Use warm water and mild antibacterial soap to wash both the exterior and interior. Gently pat dry with a soft, absorbent towel.
2. Lubrication Before Use: Apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant to the relevant areas before use. This ensures smooth interaction and prevents wear on the material. Alternatively, a lubricated condom can be used for hygiene and convenience.
3. Position Change: Avoid leaving the doll in the same position for an extended time. Long-term pressure may cause temporary creases on the surface, which will usually fade after a few hours of repositioning.
4. Clothing Tips: Avoid dressing the doll in dark-colored clothes, as they may cause staining. Choose light or neutral-toned clothing. Our doll accessories collection includes suitable outfits specially made for your doll.
5. Perfume Use: If you wish to use perfume, spray it on the doll’s clothing instead of directly on the body. Alcohol-based perfumes may damage the doll's material if applied directly.
6. Post-Use Cleaning: After each use, rinse the body with warm water for 2–3 minutes. Use a vaginal irrigator (douche) for internal cleaning. Pat dry thoroughly with a soft towel and allow the doll to air dry fully before storing.
7. Proper Storage: Store the doll flat in a well-ventilated, dust-free area. Avoid compressing limbs or joints to prevent deformation. Use a soft blanket or storage bag for protection.

1. Shipping Methods: We offer worldwide shipping through trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Shipping options, including standard and expedited services, are available at checkout. Costs vary based on location and selected method.
2. Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure maximum privacy. No company logos, product details, or identifying marks will appear on the package's exterior.
3. Delivery Time: In the U.S. warehouse: 3–6 business days from the time a customer places an order to when they receive the shipment. Custom dolls: Standard shipping (by sea) takes ~30 business days; expedited shipping (by air) takes ~15 business days. Delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
4. Customs and Duties: For the U.S., UK, and EU: customs fees are typically included in shipping—no extra charges. For Mexico, Canada, or non-EU Europe: customers handle customs and taxes themselves. For remote regions (e.g., Ecuador, Brazil): a prepaid deposit of $300–$500 may be required before shipping. Contact us to confirm if your location qualifies. We’ll work hard to minimize your customs fees and support you through the clearance process.
5. Order Tracking: Packages from our U.S. warehouse ship via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once shipped. For shipments from China, tracking is available only after arrival at the international hub due to bulk container transport.
6. Check Your Package Carefully: Please inspect the contents upon delivery. Even if the box appears undamaged, open it to ensure items are intact. If issues arise, take photos/videos—ideally with the delivery person present. If unable to inspect before signing, at least examine the exterior for damage. If spotted, request a driver contact and keep the package sealed. Later claims may need to be filed with the freight carrier directly.
