Custom dolls: Standard shipping (by sea) takes ~30 business days; expedited shipping (by air) takes ~15 business days. Delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
4. Customs and Duties: For the U.S., UK, and EU: customs fees are typically included in shipping—no extra charges. For Mexico, Canada, or non-EU Europe: customers handle customs and taxes themselves. 5. Order Tracking: Packages from our U.S. warehouse ship via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once shipped. For shipments from China, tracking is available only after arrival at the international hub due to bulk container transport.
